1) About the Products
* Products are all directly imported from Korea.

* We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

2) Ordering
* For pre-order, all amounts are quoted in SGD.

* To order, please send us your order in our stated format.

* Once order is submitted, no amendments will be allowed.

* If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, we will refund the payment amount after all the items have arrived. You will not be charged for any out of stock items.

* Please note that for sprees/pre-orders, you will have to wait 2-3 weeks for items to arrive. If you cannot wait, please do not order.

* For pre-orders. e will check that your orders are conveyed to the supplier correctly, however we will not be held responsible for any wrong, missing or damaged items that the supplier sends.



3) Payment

* Payment format will be stated for each spree/pre-order.


4) Collection
We offer the following collection methods:
a) Mass meetup
b) Specially arranged meetup
c) Local Postage

Charges for options b) and c) will be advised accordingly.
